Are you ever frustrated by clients who say “yes, I want to book a party”, then don’t select a date before they leave the party? It can be frustrating to have to play telephone tag or text tag to try to get the date selected.
Eliminate that frustration from your business! Here is an idea to walk away from your parties with more parties on your calendar!
Usually, when you provide a short list of dates, they choose one. If they really want to wait a few months, I’d go ahead and book it (after checking my calendar on my phone) and have them send out “save the date” invitations immediately. You gotta figure if she likes to book way far out, her friends do too!
This is a super idea! I was using index cards with labels and felt like I was wasting labels when the dates didn’t get taken. Definitely going to use this! Thank you so much.

Wear do you do if someone wants to book like a month or two out? Where do you write it down on that form? When to follow up, possible date, etc

Great idea! For the save the date invitations would you recommend that they text or mail those out?
You can text them and/or mail them. It’s really what works best for you and for your hostess. I would say, doing both is best.
Love the clipboard idea. Thanks
It was a game changer for me, Jan!
Thank you for sharing this idea!
